This forum has also proved to be a valuable resource for universities, teachers, professionals, and state and local government departments.

The Client

The customer is an Australian horticulturist with over 20 years of practice in all aspects of the industry. The client started gathering tools for horticulture students and home gardeners in order to create a high-quality database of up-to-date material. Initially, he hoped to provide an online approach with a user-friendly database and detailed guidance and recommendations for horticulturists.

The following is the primary requirements:

  • Admins can find it easy to update and maintain databases on a regular basis.
  • Create a web solution as well as a smartphone application that allows for offline access.
  • Provide basic details on plants, an outline, and associated pests and diseases.
  • For this particular domain necessity, an appealing and welcoming user interface is required.

Methodology

Both of these features are available on a smartphone app for offline support.
